ACK launched in Korea in 2010, and from 2013, the plant started to product- catalyst in petro-chemicals.(My most important goal given by HR regional director was maintaining no labor union.)
Main responsibilities are launching and settling Global/USA`s HR policies and procedures into Korea. Functionally report to HR Dir. in USA, and administratively to Site manager, in Yeosu, American.
1. Global Job Architecture : grading every jobs matching with Global guideline based on Hay point system
2. Talent Review : Select the potentials working with functional managers, and set up succession planning and training plan.
3. Launch Global performance review system : appraisal – calibration – final grading – communication with employee
