Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Overseas Sales Manager to lead our global distribution efforts. This full-time role, based in Seoul, requires a candidate with a strong background in managing distribution channels that align with our brand's identity and values. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-quality distribution channels and a strong network of global distributor connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Design and implement effective sales strategies to expand our global distribution network, ensuring that our products are placed in channels that reflect our brand's identity.
- Improve Logistic Supply Chain: Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with reputable distributors, focusing on channels that align with our brand values. Avoid partnerships with distributors or retail chains that do not reflect our brand's positioning.
- Manage Global Distributor Relationships: Utilize your existing network to negotiate and secure distribution agreements that align with our strategic goals.
- Market Expansion: Identify and enter new markets that align with our brand¡¯s distribution strategy.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure all sales and distribution strategies are designed to enhance the customer experience and maintain the integrity of our brand.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in senior sales management, particularly in global distribution.
- Demonstrated success in securing exclusive agreements with high-quality distribution channels.
- Strong global network of distributor and buyer connections.
- Proficiency in Korean and English, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Expertise in sales and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently to key distribution locations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Exclusive Distribution Channels: Secure and maintain exclusive agreements with high-quality distribution channels within the first 12 months.
- Global Distributor Partnerships: Establish partnerships with a minimum of 5 reputable global distributors in new markets within the first 6 months.
- Logistics Optimization: Achieve a 10% reduction in supply chain costs within the first 12 months.
- Market Penetration: Successfully launch the brand in 3 new distribution channels that align with our brand¡¯s values within the first 12 months.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve a 15% increase in international sales within the first 12 months through strategic market entries and improved distribution efficiency.

Compensation:
