Requirements
u Ideally less than 3 years¡¯ experience in IT support or IT helpdesk (entry-level possible, but should have basic knowledge of Windows OS)
u Good knowledge of PC, MS OS and Office applications.
u Strong customer/service oriented mindset.
u Korean native speaker, good English skills.
u Bachelor¡¯s degrees in IT or computer engineering is a plus.
