Job Description
- Responsible for selected commodity (Especially In-direct Materials)
- Enforcement of purchasing control via implementation of all relevant purchasing processes and methods within Infineon
- Procurement operation tasks handling on Order Release, Master Data Maintenance, Order Confirmation and Delivery Follow-up etc.
- Analysis and check approved purchasing requisitions and place purchase order
- Understand approved buying channels and contracting policy for goods and services and help guide requestor’s to the appropriate buying channel
- Request for quotation and execute competitive bidding process in accordance with purchasing policy
- Prepare and run Procurement related reporting
Candidate's Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration(BA), Economics or Engineering - Minimum 3 years of experience of Procurement area - Candidate should be self driven, proactive and analytical - Good English communication skill (written and spoken) - Good computer skill (Good at microsoft office software, SAP and ERP) - Good work ethics and sense of responsibility, positive personality |
